Breed Specialist Gina Marsh (Keesland UK) was interviewed by Keeshond 2000 magazine prior to her appointment to judge the breed at Crufts.  When asked to name the most memorable Kees she had ever seen in a lifetime of breeding and judging Keeshonds world-wide what a thrill it was to see Levi's name there along with 4 other dogs I considered legends of the breed!  Ms Marsh had judged Levi BIS at the KCNSW Specialty in April 1999. Her critique.....

Such a beauty! Outstanding dog, excellent type, foxy head with dark eyes, neat ears, straight front, good neck and shoulders, cobby deep body with his ribs well sprung.  His harsh offstanding coat was of a deep colour with required markings.  Movement sharp and brisk.  Must be a joy to own and show as his aim was just to please.  Could hold his own in any continent.  Congratulations on breeding such a fine Keeshond!!

Good size, good type.  Excellent body proportions.  Strong bone, lovely head with very good expression.  Excellent ear placement.  Correct bite. Enough neck.  Correctly angulated in front and rear.  Enough forechest.  Good topline and correct tail set on strong muscles.  Excellent coat of lovely colour.  Good mover.  Nice temperament.
Ms Anna Schneider-Louter, The Netherlands - BIS KCNSW 1999
